Meet the founder

Hey, I'm Everett.

I started Tech Sitter after realizing how many people simply needed someone patient to help with everyday technology problems. Phones, WiFi, streaming devices, printers, passwords, subscriptions, apps - things that can feel overwhelming or frustrating if you are not around tech all day.

Over the years I've worked in telecommunications, customer service, and tech support with companies like AT&T and Xfinity. I also have a BS in IT, so while I focus mostly on practical everyday tech help, I can certainly help with more complex issues too.

A lot of folks do not want to bother family members, wait on support lines, or deal with confusing tech talk. That's really where Tech Sitter came from - just being a patient local person people can call when they need help.

Outside of work, most importantly I'm a husband and dad of two kids. If that's all I ever am, I'd be one lucky dude.
